Housing Authority


The Housing Authority consists of five members serving a 5-year term.


  • Actively help the elderly and disabled.
  • Adhere to fair housing and equal opportunity requirements.
  • Process applications, waiting list, and selection for the program.
  • Request and check information all adults.
  • Determine rent and utilities are reasonable.
  • Inspect units prior to occupation and schedule an inspection once a year and when deemed necessary.
