Santa's Run 2008

The Baltic Fire Engine Company # 1 recently held their annual Santa Run which was to be held throughout the town. Unfortunately, because of the severe weather conditions that landed upon us during the run, we felt that for the safety of all of the children, parents and also the fire fighters who were escorting Santa Clause ( and of course Samantha ) , we needed to stop the Santa Visit around 12:30 P.M.

The officers and firefighters of Baltic Hose Company # 1 wishes to say thank you to all who trudged through the snow/ice/sleet storm to sit with Santa on the very wet sled and we also want to apologies for not being able to finish the run throughout the whole town BUT we felt that everyone's safety was more important than a photo with Santa, especially since Santa Clause is going to be visiting everyone's home in four days.

The members of the Baltic Hose Company # 1 want to wish everyone a Safe & Happy Holiday Season and we hope that EVERYONE has a Safe & Happy New Years.  Please remember to change all of the batteries in your home's smoke and carbon Monoxide detectors, please drive safe and remember to buckle up where ever you may be driving to.
